Junior Support Specialist

Your tasks

  • Respond to user inquiries in chat and over email.
  • Help with basic platform questions, feature activation, and troubleshooting.
  • Report bugs to the dev team and verify fixes.
  • Maintain the knowledge base and write guides and how-tos.
  • Spot patterns in incoming questions and propose product improvements.

Requirements

  • English at Upper-Intermediate or higher — polite, correct, on point.
  • Willingness to learn. You don't need to know every feature on day one.
  • Organized — fast on replies, careful with open tickets.
  • Comfortable with Notion, Google Docs, Telegram, and basic AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Customer support experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, Upwork, CRM, or AI products.
  • Basic skill with screenshots, Loom, and Notion.
