Junior Support Specialist

Your tasks
- Respond to user inquiries in chat and over email.
- Help with basic platform questions, feature activation, and troubleshooting.
- Report bugs to the dev team and verify fixes.
- Maintain the knowledge base and write guides and how-tos.
- Spot patterns in incoming questions and propose product improvements.
Requirements
- English at Upper-Intermediate or higher — polite, correct, on point.
- Willingness to learn. You don't need to know every feature on day one.
- Organized — fast on replies, careful with open tickets.
- Comfortable with Notion, Google Docs, Telegram, and basic AI tools.
Nice to have
- Customer support experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Upwork, CRM, or AI products.
- Basic skill with screenshots, Loom, and Notion.
