Senior Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and recruit partners — creators, agencies, complementary SaaS providers, and integration partners.
  • Build and optimize the affiliate program: commissions, tiers, creative assets, landing pages, and partner enablement.
  • Manage high-performing partners using FirstPromoter, Stripe, and product analytics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of SaaS affiliate or partnerships experience.
  • Demonstrated full channel ownership — not just operational support.
  • Strong outbound experience: direct partner prospecting and closing.
  • Working knowledge of commissions, CAC, payback, churn, and retention metrics.
  • Experience with FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, impact.com, Tapfiliate, or similar platforms.
  • Confident conversational English.
